because im lazy and hate having to walk downstairs from the bedroom to releave myself in the ,middle of the night. That and its easier with two showers when u and the wife need to get ready at the same time (the big bathroom downstairs with the 2 person jacuzzi tub and plasma tv in it is hers) I lost that battle

No its only a 1 bedroom some other people in my complex have extended the second floor to make them 2 bedrooms. U gain a nice sized 2nd bedroom but u loose the cathedral ceilings in the living room.
