Looking to sublet 1BR of a 2BR apartment for three months, with the option to extend lease in the end of April. Located on 3rd Ave and 30th. It's an older building w/stabilized rent; highly livable and at a great location. Can be available by the end of January. My share of rent including all costs (utilities, cable, internet) is ~$1,150. Willing to subsidize a fraction of it during the subletting period. Can discuss this should there be interest.
