Based on the humidity on the mirror in the pictures, make sure you have a way of removing humidity from the basement or you'll have major issues!!

THANKFULLY that IS NOT humidity,,My wife wanted to clean the mirrors first so thats actually 409 or some other stuff,,I cleaned it with windex afterwards then forgot to take more pics.
