Selling my two parrot cages because I want a cage with a play top design I just ordered.


Selling a like new condition blue 32x23 inch cage great for parrots like Amazons and Greys for $200

Also selling a used condition 36x28 inch cage great for even bigger parrots like macaws for $50 brand new even cost around $550

It comes with hardware, seed guards, pull out tray, grate as well as a natural wood perch. However is missing something maybe a screw or bolt that holds two feeding doors on the cage. If you tend on only using two bowls its perfect, wire them shut you don't need to worry about that problem. Also I accidentally broke one of the wheels when moving the cage to clean. So it has a broken wheel but I simply use a few pieces of tiny tiles to keep the cage straight. Its an impressive cage still.

Just got my new cage earlier than expected.

The big 36x28 cage $50

Its missing two wheels, the feeding doors need to be wired or fixed and minor wear and tear on the cage.

The 32x23 cages is in great shape and now looking for $200

I wanted a bird for years. I like the macaws and the cockatoos cause they are big plus they talk. Only problem is that these birds can be just as demanding as our reef tanks. Screaming, picking there feathers,biting if there not given enough attention. Is there any one bird you would recommend or suggest and a good place to buy 1

Hey B-ridge, honestly I think having a bird is way easier than reef tanks lol i did reef for a few years while still having my yellow nape amazon who is now 6 years old.

With birds all you have to this is make sure there in a comfortable room with staple temperatures, feed them, give them water, play with them every now and than (depends on the bird) and keep them happy with a variety of toys and your set!

If you would like a parrot that talks than your going to have to get a bird like an amazon, grey, macaw or cockatoo. Amazons are apparently one of the best talkers mine she talks a storm lol. However these bird not only require big cages (Which I do have for sale as you may notice lmao) they usually grow attach to one or two people. So for there whole lives only you can pretty much hold them. If you don't mind the idea of a bird that only likes you I would go with an amazon like mine. If you would rather have a bird that likes everybody than you will have to aim more for the smaller birds such as parakeets, I've been growing interested in Caiques which is a medium size bird that I think like everybody. You look into this bird if you want a medium size bird that loves to play.

Best place to buy a bird of any kind is Bird Paradise in New Jersey this place is HUGE! There customer service is amazing, I can vouch for them as I only buy my bird supple from them.

These two sites are from the same store, you should defiantly go there even to just look and interact with all the birds since there not in cages, you can just ut your hand down and they will play with you!

Thanks for the info. I'm going to start researching and pricing these amazons. They can't be any worse than the kinkajou I had that when you didn't give him enough attention you would start losing things. Keys, jewelery,money, whatever he could get his hands on that he knew you owned.

Lol no problem, yeah I heard of them being thieves. Btw amazons will usually run you between $800-$1200. Also can check out bird jungle which is located in yonkers new york if your familiar I personally like bird paradise way better but its a cool place still

Yeah I've priced them before. They are so much cheaper if you get them as hatchlings. I just don't have the time or the energy to be bottle feeding a bird.
As far as the kinkajous go best pet I have ever owned. A bunch of fun and there personality was awesome. Plus it didn't hurt with the ladies when I took him out. Always wanted to touch and take pics with him and hug/kiss him. Need to get me another one on second thought

Actually isn't to bad to bottle feed, its actually better too since the parrot will respect you even more as it gets older. Lol kinkajous seem to have lots of benefits of keeping, well if you need a big cage you know where to come get one lmao. Im not sure how big they get but the 36x28 size cage is a beast!
