Anyone here wood worker want hand rail done!

Looking to get a hand rail for my steps leading to my kitchen !
I had my handy man look at it and he told me it wouldn't be good idea !
But I want it anyone know some one who does this work as a side job please lmk looking for someone doing side work wants cash for fair price not contractor !

Thank you and my wife and I like it but both r parents help with our son and mine r in there late 60's my wife's in early 60's so we need something I wanted it to be nice

Am not driving atm but that would be a piece of cake to install am a carpenter and a plumber maybe work something out pm me
