Pool Repair person needed

I am in need of a "Pool Repair Person"!

Sandy did a job on my pool, and I need it repaired. It is a 24' X 12' oval above ground pool in bedded in a 40' X 18' deck, so it appears that it is an inground pool. I need the metal to be put back into it's track, the bottom support to be put back where it belongs, sand to be leveled & coved, and the new liner to be installed.
I am attaching pix.
Please if you, or someone you know can help please let me know.

Of course we will be paying for the job...

So far no luck!
Called a couple of people, and pool stores. No luck
The pool stores sell, install, and maintain, but do not repair. One installer wanted double the charge for an install, and the other never returned the call.

Anyone?????

Sorry for slow reply!! Thank you for the referral. I did infact call Charlie, emailed him pix. He said he will come by to see it in person, just doesn't know when. At least he is coming out to see it.
