Skimmer help for aquapod 24

Hey guys I'm looking for a skimmer for my aquapod 24 that I can use while keeping the hood on. Any ideas? I currently have a bio cube skimmer and it sucks just wish I could find something that worked great and could keep the hood on. Thanks

I have the tunze 9002 with a after stock skim cup in my 29 cube check out my thread I don't have a lid but if I did it would fit
