for my pico tank (.68gal) I have a 7W PC palm light, 13W galaxy light and tomorrow adding a 10W PC 50/50 light (coralife) to the setup...what are my coral keeping options
you've got way more than enough lighting for the size tank you're gunna be running, so lighting wise-you'll be ok... just not really the right kind of light (nor tank for that matter) for hardcore SPS.. but softies: zoos, shrooms, leathers, gsp's, etc. you shouldnt have a problem... you're gunna want like a hermit and a snail or two in there too for algae control. really the only thing you've got limiting you is the size (how much you can really put in there and have it not irritate the coral 'next door'
I wasnt even considering SPS for this tank, that aint a problem...I have a large turbo for algae control and a hermit...a few corals so far...I wanted to see how far i can go with the lighting....
