I have a spare 10 gallon tank floating around my house and I want to do something different with it. I don't want another reef. Is there any agressive fish/ invert that will stay good in a 10 gallon fish tank? Thanks

I honestly cant say i know anything about keeping them. I imagine they'd eat anything they could catch. Few types available to hobby, the one i have seen in stores is a cool green color with some red or purple on it.

Check threads here or google it

Mantis eat anything they can catch, not coral though. Crabs would be your main food for them as you can get crabs cheap. They might even eat frozen food if you're lucky. Shrimp, clam, mussel, etc. they need to be in an acrylic tank though as hey can break glass (some types can break glass).

Strictly looking to do marine? You can do a real cool planted tank. There are some real cool looking freshwater shrimps and low maintenance plants. Will be ALOT less work as well.

I have decided i want it to be saltwater and hooked up to my 75 gallon reef. Could i put a Saddle Valentini Puffer in with the now 85 gallons together but 10 gallon space? Also is there a way to hook them together without a chance of it overflowing durring a power outage?
