3x2W(6W) is one bulb

you should get 2 of the 3x2W bulb because of coverage

1 Power supply, 1 Y cable(or a cdimmer)

Yup the boostled par 30 kit will be more than enough for that.

I use ecoxotic panorama light on my pico, and i have easy sps and they grow. It cost about 89 plus you have to buy the power adapter for another $30

If you are into using the PAR series instead, I also have a PAR38 non dimmable 15W kit for $99 with light tree and bulb
Color options include: Reef, 12,000K, Double Actinics
Here is a the par data for the 12,000K
However use this on a small tank like yours, care must be taken, it is not dimmable so you adjust it with height but there is only so much height you can adjust with a light tree or clamp. This bulb is demonstrated in Coco Key Frag swap that it's the strongest among all bulbs mention above except the Panaroma as it is not present in the swap to run the hands on experiment.
