I've been messaging algaebarn regarding their Cade REEF 900 s2. Most of the time, I am waiting days for a response and when I get a response, it's lack luster. I asked them for a manual on how to disassemble the stand as it's too wide for my steps. They refuse to provide it and say I would void my warranty. I'm starting to think I'll have to look at another solution.
