where should i place my yellow mille frag. i know miles like a lot of light but don't know about the lighter skinned milles.

What's Up everyone I need some advice. I have a 6 feet aquaticLife light fixture, what kind of lights bulbs would you guys recommend me for it, it holds 12 bulbs currently i have 8, 10,000k and 4 blues.
