    Percula, Thanks for the post, yes I did get the HiS, and I'm looking foward to seeing the benifits of low phosphate and silicate. Water is coming out and all appears to be well, I was just exprecting the DI section to be full like the others. Thanks again, Wade

    I have a new Kent Maxima RO/DI 60 gph. I have it all hooked up as per the directions. Everything seems to be fine other than the DI canister is only 1/3 to 1/2 full (of water). Does anyone know if this is normal? Thanks for your help, Wade
