  1. Powder blues/goldrims eat by scraping?

My purple tang pecks at the glass sometimes, especially if there is green algae. I'm not too sure if it's algae or pods it's eating.

Premium Aquatics (Drygoods) Jason is a real nice chap. Most of my emails get a reply in less than a working day except for once. It's been a month since I placed my order and I am still waiting for my goods. No idea why. No reply either. They just asked for address verification. Jason...

You should try to remove the algae without hurting the coral tissue. Sort of pull them off, not scrub. Feeding helps if it is willing...
  11. Freshwater

Are you referring to the good'ol yeast bomb? :D
  12. Freshwater

I'm using Seachem additives such as Reef Buffer and Reef Builder for my marine tank. I wouldn't hesitate to use their freshwater range if I have a planted tank, but it's your tank, so it's your call. I have limited experience with FW, perhaps you could try the http://www.aquaticrealm.com...

Salifert, Are you the chief chemist there? I like Salifert test kits! 8) I'm sure you know that C5H403N4 a.k.a Saltcritter is nutz! By the way, the '0' in C5H403N4 is the number zero, not the letter 'O' for oxygen. That 5 carbon molecule has 403 hydrogen atoms!!!
