Thanks, wasn't sure if they were lethal or not...do you know if shrimp or crabs might clear them out?

Just noticed some bugs (alot of them) on a few of my rocks, recently added some live sand which could be the culprit. They are small and white, hard to see. Any ideas as to what they are? Also, are they harmful? I tried to get a good photo of them, sorry if it's a bit out of focus. thanks!
