well the coral banded never did bother that clown, i witnessed several occassions where the pep's were on to of the clown picking at him and that's when i noticed that the wounds were getting worse. The clown may not be doing well and that's why he was picked on so bad. But i have to find out...

Ever since I have put the pep's in the filter the clown has improved, his scales are coming back and color. Might take a bit longer for the dorsal's to heal.

I never saw the coral picking at him, he seems to be beahaving himself. the peps on the otherhand, i have witnessed picking on him. I put them in jail (filter system) so the marroon clown can hopefully rehabilitate. How long will it take for the clown to heal?

also when my firefish gobie bought it, his high dorsal fin looked like it was picked at and half gone. Then a couple of days later the emerald crab was pulling him in a hole to feed on.

sorry everyone, I called them copods but I thing there actually amhipods. They run around the rock and really like to come out at night. Would this make any difference?

I have 2 percula clowns, firefish gobie, 2 peppermint shrimp and a coral banded shrimp. Will they feed on the bunch of copods I have running around my tank? They breed like rabbits, I have a regular copod baby factory going on. Just wondering if the live stock I have will feed on them?

thanx matt, he was taking a ride on my powerhead and I put the magnifying glass to look at him. He looks to have some sort of shell. It looks like there is a red spot on it, is it his own color or is it some sort of algae?
