vineger with kalk wather adds more kalk in the tank but also more sediment, so in Italy we don't thik this is useful, instead vodka brings carbon and reduces nitrate and phosfate. The only thing is that sometimes it happens that wather snails die. But really nobody have tried to put some vodka...
