One thing I've noticed in this thread is that it seems no one is measuring what they hope to change w/ wc's. You can say wc's are necessary, but how much should you change? Are you even changing enough? Are you trying to to regain a chemical balance? How much water do you need to change...

I see these available on sites offering aquacultured corals such as www.coralreefecosystems.com, and they pop up in our local stores here in the SF bay area. It is a beautiful coral. Just not the "in thing" these days. I think I have 5 or six of these in my tanks and I love 'em.

I bought my LR from them, but didn't scrub it. Just blew stuuf off w/ a powerhead. I'm glad I did it that way now cause it was carrying baby corals and zoos and sponges! The best stuff in my tank came on the rock!
