If I use some cacl2 to kick up my total calcium what problems will I encounter? Is it that my KH will drop? What precauations do I need to take when using just a few teaspoons of cacl to a 120

You can raise ca level to 400+ using some cacl then maintain it with the bionic. It's worked well for me on my 120. Always keep tabs on the KH! Nakama

Either the ushio or Hamilton 10k would be my choice. Make sure they are the German manufactured ones. They are probably the same bulb made in the same plant just packaged with diffent names. Nakama

I'm also checking out ca reactors. I know the pro cal has a good reputation but is expensive. I would appreciate any comments about the My reef products. I don't want anything that might be finiky! Good quality and does the job for a 120 gal....Period Thanks for any help, Nakama
