    did you add any ammonia or phantom feed the first 2 weeks? your tank might not be fully cycled yet. I would just be patient continue regular feeding, test and let everything settle.

    you should have added bacteria to jump start the tank: dr tims, microbacter 7, turbo 9, etc.
