Not sure about the bump but white stringy poop usually is sign of internal parasites and prazipro might not be able to treat it. Metro added to its food using focus for a min of 10 days should hopefully take care of it.
old thread i know, but in addition to what others said, did you also treat for flukes?
I'm not a big fan of copper and prefer tank transfer for ich and prazipro for flukes (some wrasses do not do well with prazi).
The fish got a formalin dip 3 weeks ago and then gone through 6 tank transfers and moved into an observation tank 7 days ago with the second round of prazipro last night.

You can try removing the yellow for a couple of days till the purple settles in and then add her back in. But in my opinion, your tank is way too small to keep both together happy/healthy long term.
