  1. AP700 par readings on RSM C-250

I was curious about the PAR values in my RSM C-250 with the Kessil AP700. I used the Apogee SQ-520. I roughly gridded out the tank using painters tape and a ruler. Measurements: Depth below water at 1, 6, 12 and 18 (sandbed) inches. Width from back at 3, 6, 9, 12 and 15 inches. Length from...
  2. Ultra Rainbow Acan Packs Available!!

this is a really nice pack picked up a few days ago my favorite is the purple w/ green centers; looks even better in tank babies on the side already growing
  3. ORA Frags Have Arrived!!!!

Picked up five nice ORA pieces. They look great and really happy with the prices. Will definitely be going back because there were plenty of other pieces I had my eye on. Worth the trip. This shop is bigger than it looks...goes back the whole building. Everything is neat and organized and I...

  5. Rainbow Acan Packs

Kevin made me an awesome rainbow acan pack from these and some others the other day. There were some really sweet color morphs in stock. Some were recently fragged but now nice, happy and puffy in the tank showing off some truly ridiculous color.
  6. Can anybody help ID please

Thanks for reply. They just seem to be on a Duncan and two torches but when I turkey bastered the corals the flatworms came off. Hate to use the tank as an experiment but will watch closely to see if they re-colonize same corals or new ones. None of my fish seemed to be interested in eating them.
  7. Can anybody help ID please

They look like a top down silhouette of the starshipenterprise. I find them on the glass andsometimes floating in the water. Theylook like they actively swim but I think it?s just the way their shape catchesthe current. If I look closely, they?reon coral; seem to be turning my gold torches...
  8. Is this aiptasia?

The tank is only 65 gallons. The copperband is just another fish I would love to have but will not thrive in my tank. Are the tube worms benign?
  9. Is this aiptasia?

Well I really like my acans so that file fish is a no go. I'll just have to keep an eye out for more. It just popped up where nothing else is so I was surprised.
  10. Is this aiptasia?

I only found the one, fed it some Red Sea Aiptasia-X, now it's gone. I was wondering what those white spots were. I have a lot that popped up recently, thought they were tubeworms or something like that.
  11. Where can I find a blue spotted jaw fish?

I saw one at Tropical Island about a month ago. You could call to see if they still have it.
  12. LFS in Suffolk

This thread got me to take another trip to Caribbean Blue. I'll go there every month or two particularly if I'm looking for something that may be hard to find. They have a large selection, not really a lot of high end or exotic stuff, but a good selection. They seem to have a larger invert...
  13. Is this aiptasia?

    Thanks for the confirm.
  14. Is this aiptasia?

Hello, Cananyone ID please? It's growing out of the side of rock not really closeto where any coral is or was. The closest thing to it is what I believe tobe cyano which I siphon out about once a week. Thanks.
