I guess my advice regarding leaks is: 1) use schedule 80 bulkheads, and if you use schedule 40 be careful with torquing them and 2) each time you move a tank around you risk adding some little stress fracture (less certain about...

The Vortechs were at 20% at night, and 40% to 60% during the day - alternation through modes during the day but at constant 20% at night. Basically trying to get some good water movement and keep noise in check (though after QuietDrive came out, this became a much easier thing to achieve).
