Just a tip. You may want to swap the positions of the two lights. What i mean is that you'll probably want the 32W in front of the 24W so it's closer to the front of the tank, and the 24W is closer to the back. My thinking is that more livestock will be toward the middle/middle-back of the tank...

Generally, if you set the fan to exhaust and blow the air out of the hood, you're fan isn't going to last very long. The salt air does a number on metal parts - especially all the copper in electrical motors. I added another 32W light to my nanocube, and added a 60mm fan blowing into the tank...
