how high is your tank and how many gallons?

Why your lamp is not in the center of the tank? Adn most have a lot of evaporation at that height no?

isnt it a little too low? How many inch between the lamps and the water? I think its a good ideaby the way ;)!

Mine is sleeping went i turn off the lights by going to hide in my rocks. When the lights turn on, 3 minutes after, he is swimming everywhere. I think its normal.

:wink: For sure its aint cheap ... i guess that i will just open the window during winter heh. During summer the AC from the house should do fine, if not, i will keep my door open :roll:

i did a quick research on the net and i havent found any splendid that color. Most of them are yellow with blue spotted and the yellow tail... Maybe there is different color? do you know a little bit more? Its agressive vs other dottyback but its okay with your other fish? How big is your tank?

i am surprise to see the good health of your SPS under 6xT5! Lots of people told me that i would not be able to have SPS under 8xT5 (36x32x20)

Your tank is deep so i would go with 250's. I personally prefer 14000k and i would put any artinic flou as the 14K are exactly my liking. We are all try to keep things cheap :P but in this hobby, there is no cheap thing as we always have to do sacrifice to have a healthy tank.
