"I have noticed a bit of pendulum swinging lately regarding substrate use. FWIW I still like sandbeds used as biological filters. The one point that Dr. Mathews missed (and it is just a brief mention in the margin in TRA3) is that biological filtration in sandbeds is not just nitrogen cycle...
It's almost a year and a half since the Nov. '05 AA update on your C. ulietensis, Terry. Do you still have the fish? What is your long term assessment of placing it in your reef aquarium? TIA

Although they eat Aiptasia, Chaetodon lunula is a well known "reef wrecker".

Lemonpeels are widely known as reef wreckers.
Their habits in a reef aquarium are not at all similar to that of the Coral Beauty, which is generally accepted as compatible with corals.
