Hello everyone a friend gave me 120 gallon acrylic salt water set up with sump and pump. He also gave me all the fish a powder blue tang, emperor tang, foxy face tang, hippo tang, yellow tang, 5 percular clowns and a couple other fish i dont know the name too. All the fish are over 6" inches...

but this is fresh water and my levels have always been neutral i dont post pics becauuse i dont know how to do it from my phone

how long do i run the temp high for and would table salt do it i did a water change just now also ive notice that other fish have like black smudge on their fin and body

i have had 4 of my cichlids die in the last 24 hours they all happen to have a hole on the side by their gills has this happened to anyone and if so how do i cure it my nitrates where high and i did a water change its weird anyone with knowledge to this problem please help me out im freaking out...
