Agreed, you spent your hard earned money on their product let them repair or replace it. Just stay on them and if they fail to rectify the situation let everybody here know, alot can be said about a company by how their customer service department resolves issues.

If the floor is cement how about some quiklevel? If your floor is not too bad you could even it out with that at least for the area where the stand will be. Just my 2? :teeth:
