According to the BRS website As of June 2015 all IM aquariums will come with 2-200 micron filter socks instead of the 3 stage media baskets. In case that helps at all.

Any reason not to get a screen top to prevent jumpers? I don't think ruby dragonets are usually jumper either but I am not an expert.
