That's why I didn't think aiptasia. Because there is no stalk, they are on my chaeto not the rock. They don't receded when touched. But I couldn't find a picture of baby brittle stars. Or anything else that they looked like truthfully. I would hate to remove them if they're not going to hurt...

I was thinking that too but the closer I look at it it just doesn't resemble any I've seen before. Also if it is, thankfully there is none in my DT (that I can see anyway). Not saying it's not but I want to make sure before I start going into damage control mode.

Depends where you are but I've been to a few nice ones in the bronx and Yonkers. Queens has a few here and there. And while I'm sure there are some in Brooklyn I've never been to any. My buddy from Staten Island swears by one in jersey though

It does. And very well, I still have to dial it back a bit. One thing I will say that is a pain and I didn't anticipate is that I have to pump water up the pipe to prime it every time I turn pump off.
