Had a bit of a setback. We had a kid, lol. The rics took a beating when I stopped the daily water changes, and the cyph. is hurting as well right now. I've stabilized everything and am back to daily WCs, so I hope the nitrate levels drop and my calc/alk get back to some kind of equilibrium.
