What is the differnce between formula 1 and 2. My LFS recommends formula 2 but it seem that most people on this site use 1. Which is the one best for yellow tang, and blue(regal) which i want to get soon? Thanks for the help

the peperment shrimp will kill the small ones. but im not so sure about the big one. it take alot more effort but you can squirt boiling water on them and taht kills them. i have done that
