Correction on skimmer- it?s a reef octopus 225 not 250. Fits in first or second chamber of sump and is more than enough skimmer for the tank, even if heavily stocked. Retails for $389.

Forgot to mention, tank comes with brand new overflow plumbing kit courtesy of the nice folks at marineland! The 30? tall Durso kit is not easy to find and isn?t cheap if you can find it, so this is a nice add on. It?s already priced to move so please do not offer less than posted price...
