I believe my water chiller has run out of coolant, does anyone know where a good place would be to go to get my chiller a refill?

a chiller is basically an a/c, so take to an a/c shop.

yeah be careful because in my town anyone working with coolant needs a license

I pretty sure local car mechanics can do that, they fill car coolant/freon, and can do the chiller coolant/freon too but they won't have a set price.

If it ran out of coolant it must have a leak. Needs repair first.
