Left Lights On

Sooo

I have a 46 Gal bow front tank. While watching the games yesterday I overrode the timer on the 2 39 w ATI blue plus bulb Chanel on my fixture so I could enjoy the tank while I was near it. I went to bed and forgot to turn the timer back. So I woke up this morning and noticed the lights were still on. My frogspawn looked a little flat. I didn't have time to sit and really look at the tank. I just turned off the lights. What should i do now? I have various zoos some mushrooms a few sps frags 2 frogspawn and a pair of snowflake clowns..

Thanks ALL... I thought it would be ok but figured i would ask you guys your opinion. Its great to have this forum to reach out to others more experienced in the hobby.
