Suggestions for lighting 180g mixed reef with sps

Please help me out. I am soon gonna be putting together the 180 and I need help with lighting. I know you get what you pay for. But I cant afford radions. I dont think I can afford fathoms either. I am trying to stay in the budget of 600-700 total. I deff want led lighting. And if i cant afford lighting effects I can deal without them. Considering I never had them. Please help
