It is definitely a nudibranch, but I haven't a clue which one. One thing that will likely help you find out is if you have any corals that look alot like it does... xenia, colt, etc. Especially the soft corals.
They almost always mimic their food source (allows them to hide in it) and thats a pretty good indication of at least which Genera it is coming from...
