ID - true or false perc?

Can someone tell me what kind of clown fish I have? And what's the name of the mushroom growing in the 2nd pic next to the clown? Thanks guys.

IMO it's a an Ocellaris and the mushrooms is a regular red discosoma.

That my friend in my opinion is a false percula clown. The true percula has darker bands running along the white strips. Its easier to keep then the true percula. Goodluck.
