I see a few of these guys over the glass when the lights are out.. Looks like a snail with no shell.It moves way too fast for a snail.. Just wondering if it is safe to keep.. Thanxx Joey

I'll try to get a pic of it from the other side,not sure I can.. From what I can see it's like off white on the top,if that helps..

i have two of them that I know of. hitchhiked in on a piece of LR with my xenia attached. Every now and then they like to set up camp on my mag-scraper up near the top.

I just saw a stomatella in my tnak for the first time in 1.5 years. Pretty cool but no idea where he came from.

Had one of those sprout in my fuge a little while ago and now I have a bunch of tiny pod sized ones all over.

They are neat snails. I got one male and three females from Rookie07 a while ago. I saw them start spawning a month ago and they have been at it every week. A couple of nights ago, I discovered many tiny copepod-sized stomatellas on my glass. I'd like to share some when they get big enough.

How are you sexing them?

When they spawn you can definitely tell whether they are shooting up sperm or eggs.
