Bugs or shrimp babies?

There are tiny small gray things jumping all over my sand bed. I don't know either if they are peppermint shrimp babies or bugs. What can it be?

I read that they aren't harmful if they aren't the parasitic ones. Any need to worry or will my hermits and shrimp eat em?

Is it because of the food I put in? " Kent Marine Micro-vert" They only came after I put that in yesterday.

Pretty much everyone has them in thier tank. They are a good, safe thing. I haven't heard of any stories about bad ones, though I'm sure they exist.
