I used to have this coral but I lost it when my tank took a major set back.
Would like to know the name of it and if anyone has it. I would like to get one if possible.
The polyps would open up so much that you wouldn't see much of the body and it would look like a powder blue color it was one of my favorites.

The pic doesn't really do the coral any justice.

Thanks,
Vic

Hi Jim,
This one is a different one from the hispada I'll try to get a better shot of it and the other one I believe it's somthing else I used to have the blue slimer before and it was very diferent. This corals body is actully a dark tan it's the polyps that give's it the blue color.

Thanks,

Vic

Maybe the first is some kind of milliepora.I had gotten something like it from deepwater. Its brown at the base and turnin baby blue at the tips. It just got fraged and acclimated twice in one day so it needs to color up.ill try and get a pic

Thanks Randy thats what the monti is I remember now once you posted it.
I was also thinking formosa but there was another coral that also look's very close in apperance on rc that I saw but you might be right on target.

Does yours have light blue polyps as well if yess I would love to see a pic of it. Or maybe see it at the next frag swap if it's held at pratt.

Thanks,
Vic
