Some type of worm?

Obviously not the algae I haven?t scraped in a while. But I?m guessing these are some type of worms. Good? Bad? These pictures are about 2 minutes apart from each other so whatever they are, they are moving! Last pic is taken through a 10x jewelers loupe.

Prattreef...hit it on the nose looks like spaghetti worms... I have plenty in my sand bed..
