ID these bugs for me please

wassup evryone......
i have a 10G nano with a aquaclear 110 modded for a fuge.....and recently i notice these white bug like creatures in my aquaclear.....they look like a fat grain of rice with 2 antennas.......can anyone tell me what they are and if i should remove them?......they dont seem to move though.....

seems like i need to clean some detritus.....

i guess they are sponges.....they seemed like a bug to me......and i didnt know what to call them
