Anchor worms?

My fish all have these worms on them and my eel tail is infested? I have been treating tank for a week. Anyone know if these can be fatal, fish are still eating

what are you treating with. How is water parameters?

Water parameters are perfect and using microlift herbtana as I have Coral in the tank. Also been putting garlic and selum on the food.

It's not fatal to the fish, and what you're seeing, the worm attached to the fish, is the worm laying eggs, at which point it dies. I'm not sure that microlift herbtanais is what you should be using to treat it, I would go with Prazi-Pro instead and treat the fish to some fresh water baths too. Also, when the worm do detach from the fish watch for wounds, as these could get infected and lead to secondary infections.
