is this a polyp, an anemone , a funky mushroom, ect? good or bad

So I got this thing on a rock with a bunch of mushrooms. I cut it off just incase it's one of those bad annenomes and threw it in the Qt tank. No idea what it is.

I've seen Majanos before but never this big (about the size of a quarter) and they usually disappear when you hit them. This one folds like a polyp

Im gonna say Duncan by the looks of it and also the skeleton around it.

Hmm all good ideas!! I don't think it's a Duncan tho. Just doesn't look like the ones I have. This has an inner and outer row of spikes for lack of better words while my other Duncan's only have 1 outer row

When looking up pictures of Majanos I am starting to lean towards that this is one of them. Oh well it looked nice but I'll let it live till it splits then it's gotta go. If it is a rock nem, I don't think it will split so then it lives.... I'll post a few more pictures in the middle of the day when it opens up
