saw tail tang

hey i was looking around and seen this tang at a lfs and was wondering if this is a rare fish not much info online but def a cool looking fish, and does any one want this fish ill tell u were i seen it. also whats the price on them if any one would no off hand

It's some what of a rare fish, but not because there aren't a lot of them. They get very big and aren't the most attractive fish to have. There is a LFS around me that has had one for well over 1 year,and can't sell it even with large decreases in price. I think they currently have it listed for about $125, and it's a good size, probably about 8"-10".

I have seen them around and that is one of the names, I have seen them under a different name as well. They get big around 2 feet and I normaly see them around 40-80 bucks for a 2-4" fish.
