i do think they should have a wait due to sometimes send multiple duplicate pms, but 15 seconds should be enough

No big deal, if you need instant pm's I suggest using AIM or similar services. I am sure the MR server is being put through its paces as it is. 15 - 30 seconds is very little time to wait. Or if you know the person well enough or it is business like transaction, take it to the phone. Just my 2 cents.

i rather have the "other" person wait, cause while you writting your pm to respond, they already sending you another pm... people pls wait until you receive it, to make sure you dont ask question being answered in pm...

It is a security feature to prevent spam messages. No way to change it without compromising the sites security. I would rather wait.

That security feature is also what requires people to have a certain amount of posts before being able to post pics and links without mod approval.

I think 30 seconds is enough, no need for 60 seconds - that is just way too long.

if you need to send messages that fast, why not use RB?
