Hi
It should be, the HQI 14K alone provides you more than 4 watts per gallon, and for 21 inches it should be enough. As for the white leds, perhaps it would be better if they could be blue, all leds blue, as this would produce a dimer light output which is better to allow the animals to rest or behave as if they were under night light conditions, it will produce a more calm environment.

sunpods are very good fixtures it should work for you. but i like fixture that give a choice of Actinic supplementation (i like running 10k halide bulbs).


this fixture provides alot of flexibility even if you want to upgrade later
