I picked up a Coco Worm the other day and was wondering how much flow they like. It has'nt opened up yet and I think it's because there is not to many places in my tank that don't have a good amount of flow. I know it's alive as I can see the crown in the tube and if I give it a gentle blast from the turkey Baster it retreats into the tube.

BTW the store I got it from sent them 50 instead of 5, what a site seeing that many in one tank!

....

it does need moderate flow. It lives usually in a high flow reef areas, inside rock works. Yet I keep all my cocos on the bottom of all my tanks where there is no flow at all. I have 2 different coco dusters, 1 that is always out and 1 that comes out only at night....I do over feed all my tanks .... It does need to be fed if ur tank does not receive a substantial amount of food. ( plankton)

Psycho, my coco is on the sand in the middle of my tank, under the bridge. So absolutely no flow what so ever, and practicly no light either. It is doing just fine.
Oh, and I also feed pretty heavily. I have close to 30 fish.
Take a look!

1 of my dusters has a tube 1 foot. I have problems placing it in the rock work some times....I was always thinking of cutting off a piece but its NOT A GOOD IDEA.
