Was actually looking for it to be for the entire length of the show. Bus leave on Friday very early AM and return late on Sunday.

Still researching the bus logistics :sad2:
Seems it's a lot more expensive than originally thought and not nearly enough people interested.

Have considered renting Sprinters? They are large-ish "party buses" - usually can fit 9-11 people.

I need to get a count now that we're coming to the final hour.

In searching for mini-buses it looks like we'll need to collect about $150/person IF we can get about 19 - 20 people.

Based on the poll it seems there are 23 people interested. Unfortunately it looks like most of those people fall into the 'under $100' category.

I would like to start a list of those willing to commit at $150 for the round trip. Comfortable seating in a mini-bus type of vehicle. The rates quoted on that link are for local trips only. The rates for out of state and over 'X' mileage are billed at $1300/day or $2.75/mile on average. This does not include a mandatory 10% gratuity. Needless to say, we have to book two days for roundtrip.

Remember, Manhattan Reefs is looking to provide food, drinks, raffle prizes and fun for all.
